Abstract

The books of catechism works that deal with the principles of faith and worship that a Muslim must know at the basic level. XIV.th century in Anatolia the number and volume of catechism began to be written together with the century. Even the Turks conquered the tradition of writing to the geographies. Although the language of writing in Ottoman Turkish was heavy, it was always close to the language of speech because the language of the religious works was written to address the public. Catechism especially for the lower level of education and the newly-written books for the students who have just started school, they have been the representatives of the natural language of the centuries in which they were written the language of catechism are simple and clear, and these works have always been popular. Therefore, the books of catechism; phonetic, morphology and sentax in source of studies.
