Abstract
Araştırmada; engelsiz düzenlemelerin toplam faydasının erişilebilirlik ölçeği ile belirlenip belirlenemeyeceği hipotezi sınanmıştır. Böylece kullanıcı memnuniyet düzeyinden hareketle belirlenen engelli dostu mekansal düzenlemelerin seviyesi; engelli bir bireyin sosyo-ekonomik hak ve hürriyetlerini o alanda kullanabilme oranının bir göstergesi olarak değerlendirilecektir. Aynı zamanda erişilebilirlik seviyeler ile açıklandığında toplumda engel teşkil eden diğer unsurlar ile ilgili farkındalığın artması sağlanarak gerek sosyal alanlara ve gerekse iş yaşamına erişim düzeyi yükseltilebilecektir. Araştırmada, katılımcıların açık alanlarda engellilik düzenlemelerine ilişkin beşli Likert ölçeği ile alınan görüşlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Analizler, SPSS programı ile (ölçek geçerlik, güvenirlik, faktör analizi) yapılmıştır. Analizlerle erişilebilirlik memnuniyet düzeyini etkileyen faktörler ayrıştırılarak ölçeklendirilebilir seviyeler belirlenmiş, bu düzenlemelerinin sosyo-ekonomik etkisi bu seviyelere göre açıklanmıştır.

Abstract
In this research; the hypothesis of whether the total benefit of barrier-free regulations can be determined by the accessibility scale has been tested. Thus, the level of reasonable arrangements determined from the level of user satisfaction. It will be evaluated as an indicator of the rate at which a disabled individual can use his/her socio-economic rights and freedoms in that space. At the same time, when it is explained with accessibility levels, the level in both social areas and business life will be increased by increasing awareness about other obstacles in the society. In this study project, the socio-economic impact of accessibility regulations is analyzed and explained in terms of levels. In the research, a five-point Likert scale were used for getting the opinions of the participants on the disability regulations in the open spaces. Analyzes were made with the SPSS program (scale validity, reliability, factor analysis). It is aimed to determine scalable levels by separating the factors affecting the level of accessibility satisfaction with analyzes.
