Abstract

There are many studies on the perception of employees and their expectations from management. Considering that personal characteristics have an impact on individuals' perception and interpretation of the world, it is thought that the issue of how employees perceive the working environment and management processes is important in the literature. The research was carried out with 171 hospital employees, IBM Microsoft, SPSS 24.0 package program was used to analyze the data. In our study, personal characteristics were evaluated in two dimensions. Personal features in the first dimension; It includes qualifications that can be regarded as more positive as employees' self-focused and self-confident. The items in the second dimension include personal characteristics that can be considered negative such as being nervous, anxious and pessimistic. Reliability value for the first dimension is 0.84 and 0.80 for the second dimension. The management perception evaluated in one dimension has a reliability value of 0.79. In the second dimension of personal traits, the negative difference of the people over 30 years old compared to the employees under 30 years of age is among the important findings obtained as a result of our study.
