Abstract
Aralık 2019’da Çin’in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkan ve çok kısa bir süre içinde tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan Koronavirüs (Covid-19) pandemisi nedeniyle 2020 yılının ilk aylarından itibaren başta Avrupa ülkeleri olmak üzere birçok ülkede yüz yüze eğitim faaliyetlerine ara verilerek açık ve uzaktan eğitim faaliyetlerine hız verilmiştir. Türkiye’de de Mart 2020 itibariyle birçok eğitim kademesinde yüz yüze eğitime ara verilerek uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarına başlandı. Bu araştırmanın amacı pandemi süreci ile ortaya çıkan uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarında yaşanan sorunları veli ve öğrenci görüşleri üzerinden belirlemektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden, durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 15 ilkokul 4. sınıf öğrencisi ve bu öğrencilerin velileri oluşturmuştur. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda velilerin öğrencilere göre uzaktan eğitim sorunlarını daha fazla dile getirdiği görülmüştür. Belirtilen sorunların başında Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA) gelirken, bunu bilgi eksikliğinden kaynaklı sorunlar takip etmiştir.

Abstract
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, which emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and affected the whole world in a very short time, from the first months of 2020, face-to-face training activities were suspended in many countries, especially in European countries, and distance education activities have been accelerated. In Turkey, all educational levels from primary education to higher education was interrupted in March and was put face to face with distance education applications. The purpose of this research is to determine the problems experienced in distance education practices that arise with the pandemic process, through the opinions of parents and students. One of the qualitative research methods, case study was used in the study. The study group of the research consisted of 15 primary school 4th grade students and their parents. Data were collected with a semi-structured interview form. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. As a result of the study, it was observed that parents expressed more education problems than students. While the Education Information Network (EBA) came at the beginning of the mentioned problems, this was followed by the problems caused by the lack of information
