Nowadays, the types of crises that companies may face as their network of influence grows are also different. Crisis management teams have begun to be established in organizations due to unpredictable crisis. In the crisis period, companies implemented crisis management plans that were prepared by crisis management teams. But in many cases the crisis managment failures have caused businesses to suffer great losses both as material and brand value. In this context, organizations are aware that crisis teams are not enough in crisis process. Organizations need leaders who were expressive, visionary, charismatic and able to put in actions communities. In this study, 10 different companies from Forbes' list of the top 500 companies published in 2017 were examined and their role and importance in crisis management were evaluated.
