The aim of this study is to explain the relationship between mobbing, which is a widely studied subject, with the glass cliff, which is a new concept, yet. Mobbing is applied to women managers from the moment they take part in business, to apply psychological pressure, harassment, slander, imply, insult, etc. The glass cliff refers to the appointment of female managers who cannot be appointed to senior management positions under normal circumstances when is bad, crisis, risky and negative. According to the research, mobbing is the first step of the process and the glass abyss is the last step of the process. The focus of this study is that mobbing is the first step of the process and the glass abyss is the last step of the process. In addition, mobbing, a well-known concept of the study, and new glass entering the literature is unique in that it deals with the concept of glass abyss. This study is a compilation study.
